Due to the nature of our products WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.  We cannot guarantee the purity of our merchandise or resell it once it has left our home. If you have issues or problems please contact me directly here through bigcartel or via email at:[email protected] 

If you received a damaged product, please take a picture of the product as received in its original packaging and email us the picture and an explanation directly at [email protected] and any exchanges will be at my discretion. 

Orders are shipped within 7 days of the order date via USPS. Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address that is listed on the order confirmation.
