This blend is made with additional organic anti-inflammatory and immune boosting herbs such as nettle, turmeric, rose hips, cinnamon and cloves. Instead of a syrup you can also use this mix as a tea. For syrup I recommend adding 2-4 cups of water and simmering to your desired thickness. Simmer with raw lemon, orange & ginger for enhanced flavor!
